Made in USA. Pyrex model 221 8-inch casserole dish with Cinderella handles in a fresh lime green (that's the official color, but it's more like the inside of honey dew melon). The dish is in great condition and is oven safe, but should not go directly from the refrigerator into the oven or vice versa (just avoid going from one extreme temp to the other).  The lid is Not included.
