This auction is for a 512GB Apple SSD Drive with Heatsink.

The drive itself is from Apple Mac Pro 2013 A1481, it may be compatible with other (probably later) models.

The drive has fresh Install of MacOS Monterey on it, however I don't know if Apple drives can be swapped from system to system. 

Removed from working machine, 30 Day Warranty. Serial Number of drives recorded.

COMPATIBILITY

Came from the working Apple Mac Pro 2013 

The SSD has factory fitted heatsink which dissipates the heat generated by the drive's extreme speed levels when working with highly intensive professional apps to avoid thermal throttling, maximise performance and to aid longevity.

The SSD was securely erased and pre-installed with the latest Monterey 12.6.8 MacOS.

100% Guaranteed fit for MacBook Pro 13" Late 2013, Mid 2014, Early 2015; MacBook Pro 15" Late 2013, Mid 2014, Mid 2015, Mac Pro Late 2013. Apple factory fits this SSD model in all of the listed Macs. 

Will fit Mac Mini Late 2014 model. Please check that you have cable with the blade PCIe SSD connector installed in your Mac Mini Late 2014 otherwise you won't be able to use this SSD and will need to buy the SSD cable first. The PCIe SSD cable is factory fitted by Apple to all Mac Mini Late 2014 models but I would advise to double check on that to make sure it is there.  

Will NOT fit MacBook Air models due to limited space inside MacBook Air models. 

Will fit iMac models included in the compatibility list below BUT ONLY THOSE factory configured with a Solid State Drive or Fusion Drive. Those iMac models include a blade SSD on the back of the logic board which you can upgrade/replace. However this is a very difficult and time consuming job and obviously requires technical expertise in the field. iFixIt provides good step by step guide on how to do the job, which you can google about to get an idea. 

iMac compatibility list: 

iMac 19.1 27" Late 2013, Mid 2014, Late 2014, Mid 2015, 2017, Early 2019.

iMac 19.2 21.5" Late 2013, Mid 2014, Late 2015, 2017, Early 2019.

iMac models factory configured with HDD (Hard Disc Drive) or HHD (Hybrid Hard Drive) are NOT compatible. 

Always do your own research first as no returns will be accepted if purchased in error.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY ADDRESS

We only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is platform that allows you to pay online via a debit or Credit Card. We do not directly take payment via Credit/Debit Card, this will be facilitated via PayPal. In order to protect us from fraud we reserve the right to cancel and any orders that are not eligible for PayPal Seller protection and orders where where a delivery address does not match PayPal buyer address.

CANCELLING ORDERS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We can refund and cancel your order as long as the item has not been dispatched. If you do need to cancel your order for any reason please get in touch with eBay directly and let them know you would like to cancel. This will alert us to the situation much more quickly then sending us a message in eBay asking us to cancel your order.

If the item was ordered incorrectly or is not compatible with your system you will be responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned within 14 working days and the item must be in the original condition in which it they were received. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system and we will give you an RMA number which will expedite in processing your return. All returned items must have an RMA number.

If the item is faulty again it must be returned within 14 working days, the item must be in the original condition in which it they were received. If you are in the UK you have two ways in which you can return your item. You can either return it to us directly via some kind of recorded service such as Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded Delivery (for which we will reimburse you directly via PayPal) or if you have created a return case/item not as described case we can authorise eBay to provide you with a return label. Any return must be accompanied by an RMA Number, which you must get from us.

If the item is faulty and you are outside the UK we will match return postage costs to the amount we originally charged for postage. For example if an item is sent to Italy via Royal Mail international Tracked,the item cost was £20 and the postage was £6.99, total cost be £26.99. We would refund the full £26.99 when the item was returned, plus the initial postage charge cost of £6.99, this means you would receive a refund of  £33.98 (£26.99+6.99). Any return must be accompanied by an RMA Number, which you must get from us.

Exchange - An Example. If you have an ordered multiple kits of memory and the majority of them are working and however one model is faulty and you simply want an exchange for the faulty part. Please get in touch with and we will provide you with a course of action which should allow you to return the faulty modules (if necessary) and get you a replacement dispatched.
