Sterling Silver hand made horse tack decoration with a Horseshoe buckle made by Fleming. All of the items are hand made were originally taken off a horse Halter and made into a Hat Band. It measures 27 1/4" long and holes are at 22 7/8 "to 24 1/2" and lots of more room for extra holes. The hat band is 7/16" wide". Great looking and excellent workmanship.
