All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, photos of damaged item, and your eBay ID.

 Undelivered items may be returned by Post Office or courier within a month from dispatch. No refunds will be made for the postage if items are returned due to any of the above reasons.
