     We use E-bay`s stock photos if there isn`t any significant damage to the products covers or packaging. If there are any major flaws to the products cover or packaging, we will upload additional photos.

      E-bay estimated delivery times are just that "estimates".  I assure you that we ship all our items the next day. We make two trips to shipping facilities every day. If an item is purchased after 12PM EST on Friday, it may not ship until Monday morning. We will provide you with tracking and if you don`t receive your item in a timely fashion, please contact us and we will track and update you daily until package is delivered. We are also buyers, and we know how frustrating it can be when a package is late. 

     All Videos, CDs LPs, magazines, and books are shipped Media Mail. If you wish to upgrade delivery service after purchase, the additional cost is your responsibility. 

From time-to-time discs may pop loose from clip during shipping. We do our best keep this from happening. On used discs we may add tape to help secure discs in place. We package our items very well and rarely receive complaints about packaging.  All used videos are cleaned and sanitized before shipping. We do not buff scratched discs. If a video has deep scratches, they are discarded.

  • Some sealed VHS and DVD (OOP & TCM Archives) may have Barcodes scratched off, marked or covered. This does not affect the movie. It`s just a process that some retailers do when adding their own barcodes.
  • We clean & sanitize all previously view DVD, Blu-Rays and the cases.
  • Dual Layer FormatSome older DVD players may have issues scanning the second layer. Disc may freeze a bit before reading second layer which is common in older DVD players.  If disc freezes in middle of film and doesn`t read, it may be the DVD player may need cleaning or the laser may be going bad on your DVD player. One way to verify that it is not DVD player is to load and play another dual layer DVD.

 If by chance you receive a defective or broken product, please allow us 48 hrs. to respond to your complaint.

Return Policy: You have 7 days to submit a return request for any defective or damaged product. We will review the buyers purchase history and feedback before approving any return request. 

    If you decide you want to cancel order after ordering, please not only submit a request to cancel but contact us directly. We try not to let orders in queue more than two hours. Once we drop an order, it is processed. Meaning cancellation requests may not go through. By contacting us directly may keep an order from shipping. 

   We proud ourselves on making things right with any customer who has a problem with any of our products. We just ask you to be patient while we fix the discrepancy.  If we are showing away, we still read and reply to our messages.
