You must inform us by email (please use eBay’s messaging system to ensure receipt) of your desire to cancel within 7 working days commencing on the day the goods are delivered to you.

You have 30 working days from delivery date to return the goods back to us. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging (sealed packaging must not be opened) and in the same condition as received. Please note that electrical goods (headlamps, modules, sensors, valves, radios) will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances.

You must return the goods to us at your costs and we advise you to insure and record the parcel for the return journey. Refund will be issued upon inspection on the item returned. We shall refund the amount paid by you for the goods less 15% handling charge and postage (if not our fault). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
