CE030 Multi-function relay control module, designed for users with many different needs, uses a microcontroller as the main control unit and presets up to 18 functions. Specification:
The user can select one of the following 18 functions by pressing buttons and displaying, and can set and save the function parameters, and can also view the parameters of the current function. The time parameter setting can be adjusted at least 0.1 seconds, and the accuracy is better than 0.01 seconds.
Tips: Function 1-8 starts on its own when powered on, function 9-18 needs a low level pulse signal to trigger the start (low level duration is not less than 20ms, the same as below), function 9 is a self-locking mode, function 10 is a level control mode.
Function 1:Timing pull on: After power-on, delay T1 time relay pull on, T1 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, give IN1 interface a low level pulse signal, repeat more than one function;
Function 2:
Timing off: when the relay is powered on, the delay T1 time relay is disconnected, T1 is adjustable between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, and a low level pulse signal is given to the IN1 interface to repeat the function more than once;
Function 3:
Timing pull on and then disconnect: after power-on, the relay does not pull on first, and the relay pulls on after the delay time T1 arrives; The relay is disconnected after the arrival of the suction time T2, the delay time T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, and a low level pulse signal is given to the IN1 interface, and the function is repeated more than once;
Function 4:
Timed disconnect and then pull on: after power-on, the relay immediately pull on, and the relay is disconnected after the delay time T1 arrives; After the turn-off time T2 arrives, the relay draws, the delay time T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, and a low level pulse signal is given to the IN1 interface, and the function is repeated more than once;
Function 5:
Infinite cycle timing mode 1: After power-on, the relay does not draw first, and the relay draws after the delay time T1 arrives; After the arrival of T2, the relay is disconnected, and then the above state is repeated. The delay time T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, and a low level pulse signal is given to the IN1 interface to restart the above function.
Function 6:
Infinite cycle timing mode 2: After power-on, the relay immediately draws, and the relay is disconnected after the delay time T1 arrives; After the disconnect time T2 arrives, the relay draws, and then repeats the above state. The delay time T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, and a low level pulse signal is given to the IN1 interface to restart the above function.
Function 7:
Limited cycle timing mode 1: After power-on, the relay does not draw first, and the relay draws after the delay time T1 arrives; After the arrival of T2, the relay is disconnected and then repeated for more than NX times. At this time, T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 9999 seconds, and the number of cycles NX can be adjusted between 1-9999 times. A low-level pulse signal is given to the IN1 interface to restart the above functions.
Function 8:
Limited cycle timing mode 2: After power-on, the relay immediately draws, and the relay is disconnected after the delay time T1 arrives; After the disconnected time T2 arrives, the relay pulls in, and then repeats the state for more than NX times. At this time, T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 9999 seconds, and the number of cycles NX can be adjusted between 1-9999 times. A low level pulse signal is given to the IN1 interface to restart the above functions.
Function 9:
Self-locking relay mode: Give a low level pulse signal to the relay IN1 interface, the relay draws, and then give a low level pulse signal relay disconnects.
Function 10:
Trigger relay mode: with delay disconnect function, the relay does not operate after power-on, give a low level signal to the IN1 interface, and the relay immediately draws, after the IN1 signal disappears, the relay still draws, when the draw time T1 reaches the relay disconnects, at this time T1 can be adjusted between 0 seconds and 270 hours.
Note: In this function, if T1 is set to 0 seconds, it becomes: IN1 has a low level signal relay pull, no signal immediately disconnected.
Function 11:
Trigger timing pull-in: after power-on, the relay does not operate, give IN1 interface a low-level pulse signal, delay T1 time relay pull-in, T1 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, repeat to IN1 interface a low-level pulse signal, repeat more than one function;
Function 12:
Trigger timing disconnect: after power-on, the relay does not operate, give IN1 interface a low-level pulse signal, the relay draws, the delay T1 time relay is disconnected, T1 is adjustable between 0.1 seconds and 270 hours, repeat a low-level pulse signal to IN1 interface, repeat more than one function;
Function 13:
