Italian designer Gimmo Etro launched the ETRO line as a textile house in 1968 and originally gained popularity by producing superb fabrics in intricate prints, a tradition that was carried over when the company expanded into ready-to-wear in the 1990s. This particular dress is a belted shift dress in one of Etro's signature paisley prints in neutral colors. The unlined dress is a pullover style with three-quarter sleeves. The belt is leather in front and fabric in back; the dress be worn with or without the belt. The fabric tag is not present, but we have an Etro dress in a similar fabric that is viscose, which is common for Etro dresses. Labeled Italian size 42, which generally corresponds to US size 6 or 8.
