This is a tough one year type coin to find an error on.  It is uncirculated and a chocolate brown color with no distracting marks.  The date can still be determined and is visible, but the assurance this his the 1864 No L type is the rounded bust.  

Very tough type year for a high grade error in the bronze no L.
