Terms and Conditions

We accept payment by Paypal only.

Winning bidders must make contact within 3 days of placing confirmed bid.

Non paying bidders. 

If payment is not received within 7 days from placing confirmed bid we reserve the right to relist the item.  Ebay will be advised in order that we can recover their fees that are incurred immediately an order is placed.

Delivery

Items are sent with a proof of posting.

Once posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail.  We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim.  Usually despatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends).

Goods are sent in the most cost effective way (see our feedback).  If your item is returned to us as undelivered by the Post Office, the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again.

If an item has not been received within 10 working days, please contact us via our Ebay account.

All questions will be answered Monday - Friday during normal office hours via our Ebay account only.
