Up for offer is a nice Royal Albert Old English Rose cup & saucer with a matte black base colour, there is nice heavy gold gilding added to the interior, this example has an early Royal Albert mark that started being used in 1927 and will date from the 1930’s-40’s. there are no chips cracks or repairs but there is slight ware to the gold around the edges from use. Cup is 4 3/4” in diameter with handle and the saucer is 5 5/8” in diameter.
