Used.  IN good condition with minor small defects here and there, but nothing too noticeable.  It looks good.  One top corner is a little chipped but is not  noticeable because the colors hide the small defect (see second picture).  One side seems a little indented but probably is part of the design and does not look out of place or noticeable.  Bottom rubber stands on the bottom has wear but that part is not visible when placed on the ground.  The total weight is 3 pounds and 6 ounces so it's heavy and looks expensive.  It will make a great piece in your home if you have matching decoration and designs.  Being sold as is with no returns.  Item is too heavy to ship back and forth.
