Up for bid is a set of five American federal period coin
silver teaspoons with unusual upturned tips.
The spoons are 5 3/4 inches long and together weigh 78 grams. The spoons
have long swaged drops and unusual upturned pointed handles. They are monogrammed “EB” on the handle
fronts. The spoons are not marked.
Condition on the spoons is fairly good. There are some minor bowl dents and tip wear
from use. They have not been buffed. Some nice spoons of unusual form.
