It’s part of the famous french productions : Emaux de Longwy (Longwy Enamel).

We love the nice contrast between the black background and the vibrant colours of the sea food decoration, and as typical of this line of products it is a hand painted high quality item. It is also numbered (3522) and signed by the Artist, Louis Valenti
