I have chosen HammondCare because I would like to help people lives as best as possible with this awful disease in their final years.

My mum had Alzheimer’s in UK for 8 years and seen how it affects family and the awful consequences the disease gives over the years.

I have also seen people in their early 30’s with the disease, and people sometimes do not realize that fact.
