it's not hard, there are some instructions in here that you can follow.

Take rubber surround from the shift plate off

take the torx screw out of the shifter handle, it's in front above the lock-out handle and is hard to find. Don't drop it!

separate the shifter pieces, unsolder the sport mode button (there is no connector)

take the circlip that holds the lockout handle on out, don't drop it! remove the handle

take the front of the shifter off, pull up.

take the shift plate out

change the pieces, reassemble in reverse. Tape or lightly glue the torx screw to the screwdriver in order to get it in. that's the hardest part.

The only thing that is a pain is that there is no connector on the sport mode button and you have to unsolder and resolder it. But you have to take the front part of the shift handle off since it's notched into the jalousie and makes it move.
