Depending on the item, it will be washed, dried, ironed, lint roll gone over and sprayed with Anti-bac for clothes before posting. If a stain has been found and hasn’t been mentioned in the description, the item will be put in the wash straight away with stain remover and a message will be sent to the buyer. 

REFUND/RETURN & POSTAGE: 

Depending on the reasons you will be offered a partial refund (keep item) or full refund on the item return back (free return). You have 30 working days to return the item in the same condition, you received. 

We dispatch same working day, if ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders after 2pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the next working day. Orders From 2pm Friday through to Sunday will dispatch Monday.
