Postage & Handling

All items are sent standard postage, this means NO tracking or insurance. This is to help keep the costs low for you the buyer. At checkout there will be an option to select tracked postage for an additional fee.  If you choose to not purchase registered or tracked post I CANNOT be responsible for lost items and no refunds can be given in the event an item goes missing.

Combined post is calculated by weight and size no matter how many items you buy. Under 20mm thick and under 500g can be sent as a large letter (tracking added for an additional fee).  Anything over 20mm or 500g will be sent as a parcel with tracking.  Please ask for a combined invoice BEFORE payment otherwise I cannot provide a discount price.  

To get a combined invoice:  Sometimes the cart is not reliable for combined orders, however, it sometimes offer a REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER button, if so click that and I'll send a combined invoice.  If there is no option, please commit to buy the items individually, but DO NOT pay. The items will appear in your unpaid item list and the order will come through to me, then I can send a combined invoice to you and then you'll make one payment.

Refunds & Returns

No refunds will be given for change of mind.

If for any reason your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

Variations 

I do my best to accurately describe the features of each item including size, shape, colour, any faults etc. Small variations can sometimes be expected, especially if it is a natural product. I try to best capture each item in photos but colours may vary slightly from photos as each screen display can vary a little.
