This is for one (1) 6.25” tall x 4.75" wide OOAK framed standing country art piece from I presume the 1980s.


Framed in greyed weathered wood, it features a vintage 2.5" tall blue painted metal bell shaped cookie cutter.


The cookie cutter is glued onto a piece of faded denim blue wool felt and has a tan ribbon accent on the handle.


Has the word JOY written on a piece of paper inside your classic 1980's brass file box slot which has been screwed on.

In very good preowned condition. There are a couple scuffs to the paint that adds charm to the piece.  Ships from my smoke-free home.
