IT WORKS! Please watch video! This is a 1930's MARX Joe Penner "Wanna Buy a Duck". It measures 8 1/2" high and he tips his cap on every other step while carrying his basket of ducks in his left hand with a sign reading "Wanna buy a duck, Sincerely, Joe Penner". Holding his colorful pet duck Goo Goo in his right hand and after winding he struts across the floor with his cigar moving up and down. Hard to find with a working cigar still in tact. He is dressed in a lithographed black and white checkered jacket with blue slacks and a red tie.
