Beautiful antique oil lamp standing 61cm tall overall.

The lamp has a highly detailed pyramid shaped base decorated with a pattern of a nest of eggs flanked by two birds against a floral backdrop which is repeated on all four sides.

An Opaline font screws into the base which has a hand painted floral frieze encircling the main body and a brass collar.

A “made in England” duplex burner is fitted complete with working wick winders, brass lamp gallery, Griffin Brand chimney and some wick.

A globe shaped optically fluted shade with acid etched floral pattern completes the lamp.
