After all of the love & custom work we put in to each unit we know it'll serve you well, it's just impossible for us to go & make service calls all across the U.S. should an issue arise. However we do accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase for unused product, but you must pay for the return shipping & your original shipping fee paid will not be refunded. Even though items are used, they must be returned in our original refurbished condition, we will not refund any unit once you have used it. Shipping: Shipping is FREE to any commercial location in the continental United States only (We DO NOT freight ship anywhere else). The shipping charge includes the pallet fee to set it, properly wrap the unit, & even lift gate service at no extra charge to you. Local pick up is also available at no charge. You must fully inspect the machine at time of delivery BEFORE you sign for it. Once you sign & the driver is gone, then you are an owner no matter what the damage. We will help in any way we can should damage occur during shipment, but just remember your signature is confirmation that the package has arrived safe & sound so if there is damage it is not possible to claim after the fact. Make the driver wait until you've fully inspected it.
Additional Freight Charges: All types of residential deliveries, Commercial Location Inside Delivery, New York zip codes 100 - 102 & Manhattan, Appointment &/or Notification of Delivery, delivery outside of normal business hours (before 8 AM or after 5 PM, for shipments delivered to amusement parks, construction sites, exhibitions, expositions, fairs, farms, storage units, schools, places of worship, for re-delivery service, the freight company may also charge daily storage if your not available for scheduled delivery.
