This Antique Podmore Walker & Co The Temple Bowl & Pitcher Pearl Stoneware c. 1849 is a stunning and RARE find!

This pair is English and were made by Podmore Walker & Co. Podmore Walker was active from 1834-1859. The bowl and pitcher are marked as “The Temple” and depict detailed paintings of the old temple.

The bowl and pitcher are marked on the back with “Pearl Stone Ware, PW&Co”, which is the undermark of Podmore Walker & Co.

These pieces are pre-owned and in overall great antique condition for their age. Minor crazing and superficial surface scratches noted on the inside of the bowl where the pitcher sits. The pitcher is in overall good condition, with two internal cracks (about 2 inches each). The cracks don't seem to affect the integrity of this timeless piece.

Both pieces sold as is, and because of the delicate nature of these items all sales are final. Please see all photos for details.
