An amazing Chinese hanging scroll painting after Tang Yin. The painting is done with ink on paper. It depicts a young lady holding what appears to be a rolled carpet, rug, musical instrument, or a long scroll. She is beautifully dressed possibly symbolic of an Imperial Princess or court maiden. Based on the period, subject, style, and brush strokes this work of art could also be attributed to either one of the following artists:  Tang Yin, Qiu Ying, Ma Lin, or Ma Yuan. The painting measures approximately  30 x 11 inches.
