Payment

* We accept payment via Paypal only.

* Payment must be made within 5 days, Non-payment may result in an UPI (Unpaid Item), eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's total.

* Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the paypal notes sectionwhen you make payment

International buyers--PLEASE CAREFULLY NOTE:

a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping and handling. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

b) Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Delivery details

We have 7 different warehouses located in China, UK, US, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Package delivery is changed according to the shipping term you selected. Below information for your reference:

1. Ship from UK: MYHERMES (1-7 days)

2. Ship from US: USPS (3-15 days)

3. Ship from Germany: DHL or UPS (3-10 days)

4. Ship from France: France post (2-5 days) or DHL (3-10 days)

5. Ship from Spain: Spain post (2-10 days)

6. Ship from Italy: Italy post (2-10 days)

7. Ship from China: normal post (15-25 days)

Terms of sales

* You have 30 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.

* All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your eBay ID.

* We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition ( but NOT include the shipping fee we paid for the item), after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Or you may have a replacement.

* Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period of one month (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID. We don’t repair or replace items with an expired warranty.
