All our items are protected under 30 days return policy under the following conditions.

2. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.
3. If the item is defective, the buyer has an option for a full refund or an exchange. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective and we will offer a satisfied solution.
   
4. If buyer has purchased a wrong item with ignorance to the description provided in the listing, the buyer will be refunded minus 20% of the product cost and minus the shipping cost. Please read the item description we provide before purchasing.
5. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is an extraordinary circumstance.
