✿ CARE INSTRUCTIONS

► Hold your hair stick firmly while using, as dropping your hair stick on a hard surface may cause damage to beads or the whole beaded end.

► While inserting and removing your hair stick, please hold it by the actual stick part (metal or wooden), not the beaded end. Also, while removing your metal hair stick with a beaded dangle, pull the stick, not the dangling part.

► Don't force your hair stick through the bun. If your hair stick doesn't slide smoothly across the bun and scalp, slightly change its position and try again.

► Don't use your hair stick in the shower/pool/ocean, etc. Prolonged contact with water may cause damage.

► Hair sticks can be rinsed under water if needed, but avoid soaking the beaded part for too long, and dry thoroughly (and gently) after washing.

► All parcels are shipped via Polish Post as PRIORITY AIRMAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER* and will be delivered through your national post.

(Tracking is not working for parcels shipped to Canada and Australia [Canadian Post and Australia post don't scan the parcels] - therefore parcels are signature required).

► Shipping timeframes [estimated, not guaranteed]:

• within Europe takes about 1 week (5 - 8 business days); Shipping to some European countries, occasionally, may take longer (e.g. France, Italy, Spain)

• USA - 2-5 weeks (usually around 2-3 weeks)

• Canada - 3-6 weeks

• Mainland Asia, Japan - 2-4 weeks

• Australia, New Zealand - 5-8 weeks
