How to use EMS foot massager?
1. Connect the main unit and foot pad well.
2. Please take off your socks before use and put your 2 foot on the foot pad. (If you put only one foot, it will not work normally and the host will automatically shut down within a few seconds)
3. Push the "+" key to select the appropriate intensity. (Recommendation: choose 1 intensity for the first use, adjust according to the degree of adaptation later)
4. Push the mode switch key (M) to select the mode you want.
5. When you are not using it, take your feet away and it will automatically turn off after 5-10 seconds.
