Its DIY KIT. You will need to solder and assemble all parts included.

Hello! I made this board size 50x60mm to drive two analog VU meters TN-73 clones especially (Sifam AL-29 clone).
Designing the circuit a I compared the ballistics as close as possible to Sifam VU meters. Happy to say these clones TN-73 (shorter needles than Sifam) work perfect and I like them myself.

The board perfectly works with other analog VU meters you may have.
But please write me if you have questions.

I also added a power supply unit KIT too. The VU meter board needs +5V and dual 15V (+-). The PSU provides what is needed. There is full wave rectifier and logarithmic circuit to have more realistic and nice movements. PSU input is between 85-265VAC works all across our globe.

Please see the video:

Size of the VU meter board: 50 x 60mm
Size of the PSU board: 45 x 70mm

YOU WILL GET ALL THE PARTS TO ASSEMBLE BOARDS YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES.
VU METERS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Input signal should be from your systems "audio line out".
In the video you see 0VU is set at 0.8V RMS of the input signal.

How to adjust and regulate the board will be enclosed as well as circuit and part list.
You can adjust the brightness of the VU meters light also.

If you have questions with this board please write to me.
Take a look also at my other vu meters and items.
