Listed as open box, but it looks like it was attempted to be used,but not followed through. The plastic sleeve of hardware needed to install is missing only packet F, which is a couple of flat washers. Everything else is accounted for through the instruction booklet(in 3 languages). Easy to install, easy instructions, adjustable, tilt mount. Built in level for mounting. Fast Turnaround.
