Rupert Bunny and friends parasols at the beach gay man's collection 4x6
1880s
Brand new. Digitally edited and professionally re-printed on photo stock.
From a family estate of a gentleman's collection of gay and male related photographs and ephemera. Most items are from the early to mid 20th century and includes loose photographs as well as some pictures that were cut by the owner from an antique photo album.
4"x6" reprint of a snapshot showing Australian artist Rupert Bunny and his friends on a sunny day on the rocks, under the shade of two parasols. This photo was likely taken in the 1880s when Bunny was in his 20s and an art student.
He lived from 1864-1947, married in 1901, and was considered to be homosexual.

Note that because of the enlargement from my scanner, the image shown here is slightly more blurry that the print you will receive.
