I designed this to replace the original soft plastic striker which can break very easily. ( as I have had to replace mine a few times already ) I thought this is fiddley and not cost effective. So made my own.

INSTALLATION - just remove the 2 screws holding the plate and striker to the underside of the armreat and replace with my more robuster version. Also my re-engineered version reduces left to right slop on the Armrest and make the latch grasp firmer.
