This is an original USN, USMC, USAF, US Army Aircraft Ground Director Hand Held Flashlight Wands Set. Both flashlights are complete with bulbs and a spare bulb. They also have colored lenses in the end cap. They are 16 x 3 x 3 inches each. This set is being sold as a collectable.
