All items are held in storage and typically take 1 to 3 days to be shipped out.   We make every effort to ship the next day when possible.

Only the item in the listing is for sale and can be expected to arrive. Background images are not included in the sale. If something comes with its original box, it will be in the pictures. "New" items are typically items that are vintage, never opened, or never used. They are not necessarily newly produced items. This is called NOS: New Old Stock.

·       There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ITEMS SOLD BY WAY OF “OFFERS”.  If you make an offer and we accept it, you have accepted the fact that you have read our listing carefully, asked any questions you might have, and your expectations are in line with our description.

We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is the exact color of the item, due to computer monitor settings, computer monitor pixel definitions, digital photography, printing, dye lot variations, and other elements that are beyond our control.

·       ALL OF OUR FAUX FUR COATS AND JACKETS ARE STORED TOGETHER, SO THERE MAY BE A TRANSFER OF FUR OCCASIONALLY AND WE TRY TO MINIMIZE THIS, BUT IF YOU PURCHASE ANY OFOUR FUX FURS, FEATHERS, OR OTHER, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT SOME TRANSFER WHICH CAN EASILY BE BRUSHED OFF (IF WE’VE MISSED IT PRIOR TO SHIPPING).

·       SIZES, IF NOT MARKED IN THE GARMENT, ARE ESTIMATED, AND WE ADD THE MEASUREMENTS SO THAT THE BUYER CAN MAKE A MORE INFORMED DECISION.  WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, AND IN PURCHASING THIS, YOU AGREE TO OUR DISCLAIMERS.

·       In the event of a damaged insured shipment please contact shipping carrier immediately. Buyer is responsible to file a claim with the carrier. Do not discard original packaging. Losing your original packaging will void your claim.       

Buyer accepts that this item is sold “as is”, although there may not be any damage at all to this item when shipped.
