Back has articles. Circular cut at center. A rectangular and oval stamps on face. Certificate measures about 17" high by 11" wide. 14 coupons are attached on the bonds. All are in nice shape having some folds that have divided open. Many straight folds and they are not all folded the same way, some curved cut edges.
