This set is in previously owned condition, some pieces may have scuffs or marks from normal play use. As mentioned, we have built the set all three ways to make sure all the pieces are included. All three instruction booklets are included. All booklets will have some shelf ware. The booklet to build the helicopter has some water marks on the front cover, nothing that affects the ability to use to build the set.
