INOFOLIC® Combi is a food supplement containing two isomeric forms of inositol: myo-inositol, d-chiro-inositol and folic acid.
These ingredients are recommended to be used to provide the necessary amounts in the body of women in the period when she plans to enlarge the family when their consumption together with food is insufficient.
Inositol is a substance from the group of B vitamins. The most common form in nature, its occurrence is myo-inositol.
Folic acid is involved in the process of cell division and helps in normal blood production.
Supplementary intake of folic acid increases the level of folate in the mother.
A low level of folate in the mother is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the developing fetus.
A beneficial effect occurs with a daily supplemental intake of 400 μg of folic acid for at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception.
The recommended daily allowance:
2 capsules (1 capsule 2 times a day).
To ensure a constant supply of inositol, it is recommended to consume two capsules a day at an interval of 12 hours.
