The Sermon on the Mount, Emmet Fox, Early Printing, Harper and Row, HC/DJ.  This book has a price written to the top corner of the ffep, but is otherwise free from interior markings.  The binding is square and tight, the page ends and boards show light wear, and there is wear to the top and bottom board edges.  The DJ has the $1.50 price intact and has shelf wear and rubbing, fading/sunning to the spine, and edge and corner wear including some tears and chipping.  The DJ will be wrapped in a new mylar cover.  Please examine all of the pictures closely as they are considered part of the description, and please ask any questions that you may have prior to purchasing.  A rare and collectible vintage book.
