All of our products are made to order. When you order an item, we do all the design, cutting/printing and image transfer ourselves; these are not mass-manufactured items. Please bear this in mind when ordering clothing, please make sure you are happy with sizing before purchasing, as returns will result in waste. We take our time to make sure the product is correct and looks good. Before we send the product, we also look for faults. Our items are from wholesale suppliers, and sometimes they send us a faulty garment in error, but we always make sure we check our products first to make sure you get only the best from us. We have drawn up our returns' policy so that it is fair to our customers and ourselves as a growing business.

RETURNS

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS – RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED
(unless it is an error on our behalf or product fault)

When we make our personalised items, we might check with you first to make sure you are happy with the font style you picked or lay out. It is very important that you check all spelling is correct when you submit your purchase, customer errors will not be refunded/replaced as it is your responsibility to submit the correct details.

If you are unhappy with the item, please contact us, so we can discuss the problem. Please don’t automatically leave a bad review to get our attention, we will always try to resolve any problems that may come up. We cannot refund on items if it’s personalised and you have changed your mind.

If you receive your product and there is a fault with the item, or we have made an error with personalisation, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will refund/replace items straight away if you can provide us with photo/video evidence. We hope this would never happen, but everyone is human, and we all make mistakes sometimes.
We will not ask for a return of personalisation errors, but any faulty items we would like returned to us within 30 days in order to process a refund.

We will accept returns on NON-PERSONALISED and NON-CUSTOM MADE items with the following conditions

• Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return.
• The Customer must send the item/s back within 30 days from receipt of item.
• The Customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back. (It may be worth getting proof of postage or insured shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item).
• The item(s) must be returned in an unworn & original condition.
• We will not refund the original shipping cost.


CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If this is a personalised order, and we have already started or completed the item, you will not be entitled to a refund. We will provide you with evidence to confirm the order has been started or completed.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
You are more than welcome to change your order, it’s your order after all! However, please let us know asap so that we don’t start something we cannot finish. If this is a personalised item, and we have already personalised it, unfortunately there will be no going back, and we won’t be able to issue a refund.

COMPLAINTS
We can appreciate that not everyone is happy with their items. If at all you aren’t happy then please could you contact us, so we can try and work out what’s wrong and how we can resolve it. Please do not leave negative feedback before contacting us first, as we will always try and do our best to help with any problems.

DISPATCH TIMES AND DELIVERY

Before you order any item, please consider the dispatch times. We provide a dispatch time of 1-5 business days. This means if you order your item on a Monday, we will dispatch it no later than Friday. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 days, but during busier times it may be longer.

We’ve recently updated our postage costs due to the Royal Mail increase. We are going to send everything tracked 48 as a standard delivery, so there is peace of mind that your item will arrive in good time and can be located. Please don’t hold us responsible for any post that is delayed. We will provide you with the tracking number and proof of postage receipt when we’ve dispatched your item, if your item is delayed, please track it using https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

If you are after something that is unique for a gift, please contact us, we are happy to design something catered to your likes and ideas. Just because something isn’t listed on our shop, it doesn’t mean we can’t do it for you.
