Bought this rack for my first house around 1981/2 and used it continuously until 2019 when we finally moved to somewhere it won't fit :(

After almost 40 years it does have some marks/signs of wear, most obvious being the scratches on the inside edge of the frame around the holes for the top rack.  These are only superficial and a quick rub down and re-varnish would remove them completely.  They were caused by the frame being slightly too wide for the top basket which would occasionally drop out of its positioning holes.  Eventually (like 20+ years later - you can't rush my husband!) this was resolved by trimming the top bar slightly, but in doing that he managed to chip a large splinter off the bar (sigh).  Fortunately, you can turn the bar round so the damage isn't visible!  

Wire baskets are in very good condition with no bends/sags/distortions to the wire.  Plastic coating is generally very good/excellent, although there is the odd tiny nick and some wear on the pins.

Collection in person from Steeple Aston OX25 or can be posted for reassembly on arrival (no instructions but pretty self-explanatory).  All held together by the 6 wooden dowels/pegs supplied - no screws or special tools required.
