Volume six of these special design issues published by Domus between 1945 and 1950. Each volume was dedicated to a specific subject. This one focuses on tables with an international survey of designers including: Alvar Aalto, Franco Albini, G.A berg, Marcel Breuer, Luigi Caccia Dominioni, Castiglioni, Paolo Chessa, Charles Eames, Donald Deskey, Estrid Erikson, Ignazio Gardella, Rudolf Frankel, Jacob Kjaer, Kindt-larsen, Cesare lacca, Mogens Lassen, Andre Lurcat, Carl Malmsten, Richard Neutra, Norkiska Kompaniet, Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouve, Eliel Saarinen, Gerald Summers etc.

Condition. All these volumes were softback with paper wraps on poor quality paper. Cover bumped with small tears around the top and bottom of the spine. Evidence of damp on interior pages where it looks like some have stuck together in the past. Spotting on the text pages.



Desthetica is a portmanteau of design and aesthetics and the stock consists of design reference works from all over the world with an emphasis on Scandinavian and Italian 20th century design and English interwar and post-war Design.
