Rare early Liberty Yule Tide Gifts catalogue. Probably one of the first released circa late 1880s- furnishing consists mostly of bamboo plus a few Moorish pieces and the occassional Japanese lacquered cabinet. Syrian, Peshwari, Damascus and El Souk ranges of metalware and cloth point to the import based nature of the business at this time. Pottery is Aller Vale some Burmantofts and Hipsano-Moresque. Plus a range of Chinese and Japanese artifacts.
Condition: Missing front and rear cover. Some slight tears and age related toning.
