We will take payment from you at the purchasing stage of the ordering process using PayPal.

Alternatively if you collecting the item payment can be done via Card (we accept all types of debit and credit cards) or cash.

Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday).

An fast and free delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 1 working day (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 24hours of the date you receive the parts.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

Please send a message via eBay and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.

RETURNS PROCESS

1. For all returns, please contact us first, stating your return reason & part number

2. We will work with you to work out the best resolution

RULES

• All Returns must be raised within 30 days from purchase date.

• You have 14 days to change your mind. All items must be returned in resalable condition: not devalued and in re-saleable condition

• Have not been fitted

• In original packaging in good condition (as arrived).

• Include the documentation in good condition (as arrived).

• After 14 days we can only accept returns if you have received them in faulty condition or if they turned faulty within 30 days from the order date (unless it’s a warranty case).

• All items will be inspected and checked upon arrival.

• We will aim to replace / exchange / process your return within 2-3 working days. In case you haven’t heard back within this timeframe, please contact us and state your order number and part number so we can look into this for you asap.

• If your return is a warranty case, please state this first when contacting us as we may need to refer you to the manufacturer, which we will support you with.
