This item is used and in fair condition.

This wall plaque is made of fiberboard and measures about 11 inches by 12 inches. It has a slot in the back for hanging it up.

The photo has a plastic coating, but has some minor scratches that are noticeable upon close inspection.

The black frame had minor blemishes which have been touched up, also noticeable upon close inspection.
