The remote has been tested and works. To have confidence in your purchase, free returns! I do mark the remote in my own way to ensure I get the same remote on returns. Hopefully it will detour some fraud, the old bait and switch. Once purchased, I wipe the remote down with a clorox wipe one last time before shipping.
