Allied Knight 300 Vintage Speaker Audiophile Book Shelf Driver Tweeter Subwoofer

This speaker appears to have never been used. It in in Near Mint condition. Unfortunately the foam surround on the largest driver has began to degrade all around. Selling for Parts. I did not drive this speaker to test it. Factory box is in rough shape.

I'm hoping someone with the knowledge can repair this.
