Vintage 1955 Geo Z Lefton June Birthday Angel "Framed" Wall Plaque / Tabletop Figurine AR6883.  

No chips or cracks, but there is clear crazing. Not bad for a ceramic figurine that's almost 70 years old! Measures 4 5/16" tall x 3 5/8" wide x 1 1/8" deep.
