"New" items are typically items that are vintage, never opened, or never used. They are not necessarily newly produced items. This is called NOS: New Old Stock.

·       SIZES, IF NOT MARKED IN THE GARMENT, ARE ESTIMATED, AND WE ADD THE MEASUREMENTS SO THAT THE BUYER CAN MAKE A MORE INFORMED DECISION.  WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, AND IN PURCHASING THIS, YOU AGREE TO OUR DISCLAIMERS.

·       In the event of a damaged insured shipment please contact shipping carrier immediately. Buyer is responsible to file a claim with the carrier. Do not discard original packaging. Losing your original packaging will void your claim.       

Buyer accepts that this item is sold “as is”, although there may not be any damage at all to this item when shipped.
