If your printer is displaying this or a similar error message, it will printer for approximately 20 prints or more print Jobs and then will go into a static mode. It will then not print anything or give access to any other functions.
The Printer has an internal Waste Ink Pad counter which counts how many times a cartridge is changed, when you run a head cleaning cycle and when the printer runs its own power up/head cleaning operation Etc.
In reality this includes hundreds of miscalculated counts for lost/blank page prints, Cancelled prints, power resets etc, and your Waste ink Pads are likely to still be in good condition.
Resetting this counter to Zero will resolve this problem and get your printer quickly back to working condition.
This Program will enable you to reset the counter and save you time and money, (a visit to a service center for the reset operation could cost up to £70)
