Each figure is hollow paper mache.

Largest figure, Balthazar, measures 9.5" x 3.5" x 2.5" & smallest figure, sheep, measures 2.25" x 3.25" x 1.5"

Very good condition for their age, but there is some light damage. No large cracks or breaks. Light scuffing and paint chips. Baby Jesus has a crack on his face. The wise man has some damage to the bottom on the reverse side. Please see the photos for more details.
